Pinks 'n' Blues aims to encourage a child to wonder, to think, to feel and to imagine. It is successful because it satisfies our basic human need to interact with other people and to be valued by them,
which aims to extend the child's interest and it encourages participation.
Each month we have programs containing stories, some songs (both traditional and new) and a variety of play ideas with things to make and do. Every month we have a theme which is developed in different ways depending on the day. The daily format usually includes the Calendar, the Clock and a look outside Play School via the Windows.
We would like to work in partnership with our studentís families, so the involvement of parents, their comments and suggestions are
greatly valued and appreciated. We can work together in the following ways:
Share news about your child. This will help us understand him/her much better.
Share special interests and/or talents of your child. For example, musical instruments, a sport, etc.
Creative junk is something we always need so please check before you throw out things.
Encourage your child to be independent by learning to dress, put
on their shoes and socks, and to go to the toilet.
Commences in the month of June, and ends in April of the following year.
Parents are requested to ensure that their children are brought and picked up on time to avoid any inconvenience.
Weekly: Saturday and Sunday.
Public: All bank holidays unless otherwise informed.
